Returns and Exchanges From time to time you may purchase a product that doesn't suit you or simply doesn't fit. You can easily return or exchange anything you purchase from Terry Rich online, for any reason, within 30 days from purchase. Please email us with your return request so we can arrange to have the goods returned to us and your payment credited. For Australian customers we will arrange for a courier to collect returns from your home or office and be brought back to us at our cost. For International customers we will provide a return authorization number and address details for you to post your returns to us. On receipt of your return we will credit your original payment, including delivery PLUS an additional AUD $15.00 for your International Post costs. All returned items need to be in perfect unused condition, with swing tags attached and in their original packaging. We cannot allow returns on worn, damaged or otherwise non saleable products. We recommend that you take care to pack up your returns carefully and securely as we can't be responsible if returned items are damaged in transit.
