If there are any issues with the quality of your product when delivered we will be
happy to either replace it or refund your money. Please refer below to our
returns policy.
How do I return an item(s)?
To return a faulty towel, please include the delivery slip you received with your
parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Faulty goods must be returned within
3 weeks unused and unwashed. We will credit your original method of payment, including
delivery, or hold a credit against your details for future purchses. Make sure your
name, address, phone number and instructions are included. Comments would be appreciated.

Can I exchange a product(s)?
Yes. If you change your mind we are happy to exchange, providing the product is returned in its original condition.
